THE TEAM
VALERIA MARICHAL
NOTARY PUBLIC
Notary Valeria Marichal leads the Notarial Department of the firm, advising clients in Real Estate, Corporate, and Commercial matters, as well as in Succession Law, Family Law, and Contractual Law.
She is actively involved in property acquisition transactions, purchase agreements, leases, pledges, leasing agreements, and mortgages, among others. Additionally, she has played a foundational role in multiple projects for the creation and establishment of both National and International Civil Associations and Foundations.
Valeria has extensive experience in overseeing real estate guarantees within the Uruguayan banking system and has been actively involved in conflict resolution and litigation in the fields of real estate and family law.
She graduated from Universidad de la República in 2010, is a member of the Uruguayan Notary Association, and serves on its Tax Law Committee.
CAROLINA HAEDO
NOTARY PUBLIC
Carolina specializes in real estate transactions involving both urban and rural properties, including purchase agreements, guarantees, and corporate structures.
She also provides active legal counsel to clients in succession matters and vehicle transfers, among other areas.
She graduated from Universidad de la República in 2020.
